Working on Progression

Hello and Welcome Back!

We all hoped you enjoyed the break and are ready to get moving. Speaking of moving, the principle for this week is progression! Gradually moving towards your goals in paramount this week as we stack basic movements to create more intricate and advanced techniques. Come in and get back to working towards your goals with Eri Dori.

Memorial Weekend is coming up FAST!


Don’t forget that you have plans, we are welcoming Reginald Reid 4th Dan and Dojo Cho of Aikido of Thermopolis, WY to our dojo for an amazing three day workshop! Here are some details so that you have time to plan for this awesome event. As usual all levels and visitors are encouraged to join us for an awesome Aikido weekend.

Spring Break Schedule
We have been announcing it in classes and after class but here it is again..

Spring break is now and we are having a limited schedule this week as a result. Please check the following times and dates before you join us at the dojo so that you are showing up for an actual class. Thank you have a great and safe Spring Break!
No Yoga 4/11, 4/13 & 4/ 14
No Dojo/Aikido 4/13-4/15
Regular Schedule will resume 4/17

When choosing a sunscreen, look for the words “broad-spectrum” on the label – it means that the sunscreen will protect against both ultraviolet B (UVB) and ultraviolet A (UVA) rays. Choose a water-resistant sunscreen and reapply every two hours or after swimming, sweating or towel drying.

CAA meeting & training brought a lot of celebration, happiness, and great training

It is super important to recognize two fantastic members of the overall Aikido community that we are lucky enough to be a part of, Frank Doran Shihan, 8th Dan & Robert Nadeau Shihan, 8th Dan. These two humans are remarkable not just in their Aikido ability but in their commitment of sharing Aikido with the world. We are super excited to celebrate their accomplishments with them as a community of Aikidoka.
